Tom Bulleit gave up his secure job, risked everything and breathed new life into the old family recipe - a decision that, as he said himself, he has never regretted.

The Bulleit Rye matures for between 5 and 7 years in new, heavily burnt American oak barrels, giving it an intense depth and strong woody flavour. Its distinctive canteen shape is reminiscent of the time of the American War of Independence and the soldiers who transported their drinks in similar bottles.
