For orders to your own tax warehouse, a flat fee of 85 € per pallet will be charged.

The flat rate of 240 € covers customs clearance for up to 20 different items. For each additional item, extra customs fees of 7 € will be charged. This includes Austrian export customs clearance as well as Swiss import customs clearance.

Please note: All prices displayed for our Swiss customers are net prices – i.e. excluding alcohol tax and VAT. After delivery, the following charges will be invoiced to you by the Swiss authorities:

• Alcohol tax: CHF 29,00 per litre of pure alcohol (as of 03/2017) = CHF 8,12 per 0,7 l bottle (40%)
• Customs duty fee: CHF 70,00 per 100 kg = approx. CHF 0,70 per 0,7 l bottle
• 8,1% Swiss VAT

On one pallet, we can pick and pack approximately 400–700 bottles for you (depending on the bottle size).

For orders from all other European countries, we will be happy to contact you to inform you of the specific shipping costs or to coordinate the handling of goods collection with you.

Partner warehouses:
We work with numerous well-known warehouses. If you are registered with one of them and do not wish to organize collection yourself, we will be happy to arrange transport of your ordered goods to one of these warehouses.

Delivery and payment terms: Ex warehouse, prepayment.

Please note: All prices shown are net, excl. alcohol tax and excl. VAT. Shipping is carried out exclusively within the EMCS system (with electronic excise duty document).

For delivery with an excise duty document, at least one of the following requirements must be met:

• The recipient operates their own bonded warehouse.
• The recipient works with a bonded warehouse.
• The recipient works with a logistics partner that operates a bonded warehouse.
• The recipient is a registered consignee for alcohol (either long-term or short-term).

The containers are loaded and sealed with the goods at our facility. The goods are then transported by an export partner to the respective shipping port.
