Germany
Flat-rate delivery fee: €85
Free shipping on orders from: 2,000€
Minimum order value: €1,000
If you have your own bonded warehouse, a flat fee of €85 per pallet will be charged.

Switzerland
The €240 flat fee covers customs clearance for up to 20 different items. An additional customs fee of €7 applies for each additional item. This includes the Austrian export customs declaration as well as the Swiss import customs declaration.
Please note: Prices displayed for our Swiss customers are tax-free—i.e., excluding alcohol tax and sales tax. After the goods have been delivered, the Swiss authorities will invoice you for the following items:

Shipping to the Rest of Europe
For orders from other European countries, we will be happy to contact you to provide you with the exact shipping costs or to discuss the process for picking up your goods.
Partner Warehouses: We work with several well-known warehouses. If you are registered with them and do not wish to arrange pickup from us yourself, we would be happy to arrange for your ordered goods to be shipped to one of these warehouses.
Delivery and Payment Terms: Ex-warehouse, prepayment
Please note: All prices shown are tax-exclusive, excluding alcohol tax and VAT. Shipping is only available via EMCS (with an electronic excise tax document).
For delivery with an excise tax document, one of the following conditions must be met:
- The recipient manages their own bonded warehouse
- The recipient works with a bonded warehouse
- The recipient works with a logistics partner that manages a bonded warehouse
- The recipient is a registered recipient for alcohol (either long-term or short-term)
