Hödl Hof Original HIMBEERE Geist 38% Vol. 10 litres is a high-quality, aromatic raspberry spirit produced at the renowned Hödl Hof distillery in Styria. This distillery, located between orchards and vineyards in the idyllic region, has been synonymous with excellent distillates for generations. The spirit is produced using state-of-the-art methods and traditional techniques that guarantee high quality. The raspberry spirit is refined using a 300 litre Raubrand and a 200 litre pure copper fine spirit pot still to perfectly extract the characteristic flavours.

The fruit used for this spirit comes from the Hödl Hof distillery orchards and from the Stelzer family from Stubenberg am See. Only the ripest and most aromatic raspberries are picked by hand and immediately brought fresh to the distillery to preserve their full flavour. The raspberries are coated with neutral wheat alcohol before undergoing a gentle, temperature-controlled fermentation process. Fermentation is followed by double distillation, during which only the high-proof centre of the distillate is extracted. This raspberry spirit is then matured in wood, glass or stainless steel to refine the flavours.
