Casa Paladin is a well-known Italian winery in the Veneto region, more precisely in the DOCG area of Valpolicella. The winery has a rich history dating back to the 1960s, when Carlo Paladin founded it.

The winemaking philosophy at Casa Paladin is to combine tradition with modern techniques to produce wines that express the unique terroir of the region. The winery uses a combination of traditional methods and state-of-the-art equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of its wines.

Paladin's intention when developing this speciality was to create an elixir based on wine. Langs of intensive research, old recipes from the monastery and later medicinal herbalism and rare essences brought success. It was tasted again and again to create the perfect balance between the strength and character of Raboso wine, the scent of ripe cherries and the intense flavour of high-quality spices.
