The Tacama Demonio de los Andes Acholado is a high-quality pisco from Peru, which comes from the traditional Tacama estate - one of the oldest wineries in South America. With an alcohol content of 40% by volume, this pisco presents itself as an acholado, which means that it is made from a carefully composed cuvée of different aromatic and non-aromatic grape varieties. This combination produces a complex and harmonious distillate that perfectly reflects the freshness and elegance of the grape varieties used.

Distillation is carried out using the traditional method in copper stills, using only the so-called "Herzlauf" - without adding any water or sugar.
