The production of this VSOP Cognac begins with the early harvest of carefully selected grapes, from which a light, fresh wine is pressed. It is then distilled without sulphur using the Charentais distillation process - a double distillation that ensures exceptional purity and depth of flavour. The cognac then matures for 4 to 5 years in Limousin oak barrels before the different batches are brought together in a masterfully composed cuvée.
