The cuvée consists of 45–55% Pinot Noir, 35–45% Pinot Meunier and 5–10% Chardonnay. Pinot Noir lends the champagne its intense fruitiness and structure, Pinot Meunier provides body and smoothness, whilst Chardonnay contributes freshness and elegance. The N.I.R. Rosé has been deliberately given a higher dosage to create a particularly smooth, fruity and expressive style.
