The Akashi Meïsei blended whisky 40% vol. 0.5 l + GB comes from the traditional Eigashima Shuzo Distillery, which is one of the oldest whisky distilleries in Japan. The name "Meïsei" translates as "famous magic moments" and already indicates the special status of this bottling. It has been created exclusively for the European market and combines the fine craftsmanship of Japanese whisky production with an accessible, harmonious style.


Akashi Whisky Meïsei consists of a high proportion of Japanese single malts matured in American oak casks, complemented by selected grain whiskies. This maturation gives it its round, smooth character and a multi-layered interplay of flavours that makes it interesting for both beginners and connoisseurs.
