Johnny Neill is the brains behind Whitley Neill Gin, a major name in the gin world. Although his family has been making spirits since 1762, he began his career in the world of finance. But his passion led him back to the family tradition, and in 2004 he launched the first Whitley Neill Handcrafted London Dry Gin.

Inspired by a trip to South Africa, he added unusual ingredients such as baobab fruit and physalis to the classic gin, creating a unique product. The baobab tree, an important symbol of African culture, adorns each bottle of the classic Whitley Neill Dry Gin as a tribute to this inspiration.

Whitley Neill Handcrafted Dry Gin Batch No. 10 is the first premium gin to be made with African flavours such as baobab and Cape gooseberry. 5% of Whitley Neill Ltd's profits are donated to the organisation TREE AID, which supports people in need in Africa.
