A key quality feature of the Milenario line is the triple selection process. Only the richest agaves from the high altitudes of Mexico are selected. After harvesting, the agave hearts are gently cooked for 24 hours to optimise the release of the natural sugars. This is followed by a single pressing, during which only the finest agave juice is extracted - a crucial step for purity, depth and aromatic clarity.


The addition of fumado refers to the deliberate use of smoke, which gives the tequila additional complexity without masking the agave. The combination of traditional production and smoky flavour makes this bottling particularly exciting for experienced tequila connoisseurs.
