The Dolin Vermouth de Chambéry Blanc 16% vol. 0.75 l is a fine, handcrafted white vermouth from France, which is considered a classic among vermouths with its elegant flavour and fine balance. Produced in the Alpine region of Savoy, more precisely in Chambéry, it is the only vermouth with the protected designation of origin AOC Vermouth de Chambéry. The traditional Dolin company, founded in 1821, stands for authentic French aperitif culture and still preserves the original recipe today, which is based on natural ingredients and precision craftsmanship.


Dolin Vermouth Blanc is made exclusively from grapes of the Ugni Blanc grape variety, which serves as the base wine. It is then flavoured with 33 different plants, herbs and spices from the Alpine pastures above Chambéry. This unique composition gives it its unmistakable character, characterised by floral aromas, fine sweetness and delicate spice. After a short maturation period in wooden barrels, the vermouth develops its typical harmony and elegant balance - a piece of French craftsmanship in a glass.
