The history of the Andrea Da Ponte distillery begins with the brothers Matteo and Andrea da Ponte, who were pioneers in the art of grappa distillation. Andrea Da Ponte Uve Bianche is a grape distillate made from Malvasia and Chardonnay grapes. The discontinuous distillation in a water bath according to the exclusive "Metodo Da Ponte" ensures that the aromatic components are particularly pure and well-developed.
