KI NO TEA Kyoto Dry Gin is an exquisite Japanese gin creation that combines traditional craftsmanship with the noble culture of tea. With an alcohol content of 45.1% vol. and bottled in a 0.7-litre bottle, this exceptional gin comes from the renowned Kyoto Distillery, Japan's first distillery to specialise exclusively in gin. This limited edition was developed in collaboration with the historic tea manufacturer Hori-Shichimeien, which has been known for its high-quality teas for over 150 years.

What makes KI NO TEA so special is the fine balance of classic gin botanicals and carefully selected Japanese tea leaves, including Tencha and Gyokuro, two particularly fine, hand-picked green tea varieties from Uji, one of Japan's most famous tea-growing regions. These give the gin an unrivalled softness and a deep, umami-influenced complexity. The botanical components are distilled in different batches to bring out the best in the individual flavours.
