Poli Grappa Sarpa Oro di Poli is an exceptional, barrel-aged grappa from Italy, produced at the renowned Poli distillery in Schiavon, Veneto. Since it was founded in 1898 by GioBatto Poli, the distillery has stood for perfect craftsmanship and the traditional art of distillation. Today, the family business is run by Jacopo, Geampaolo, Barbara and Andrea Poli, who are passionate about continuing the legacy of their ancestor.

This fine grappa is made from the pomace of the noble Merlot and Cabernet grapes, which are known for their fruity and spicy flavours. Distillation is carried out in copper stills in the traditional way, resulting in a particularly pure and smooth spirit. Maturation takes place in 225-litre French oak barrels, which gives Sarpa Oro an unmistakable depth and elegance. The barrel ageing provides subtle notes of vanilla, spices and dried fruit, which blend harmoniously with the natural fruitiness of the distillate.
