The Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey, handcrafted in Texas, reflects the multi-layered culture and history of this state. It combines the qualities of bourbon, rye and light whiskey, similar to the union of different characters in Texas. All steps - from grain selection to blending and bottling - are carried out manually at the distillery.

This whiskey is named after Yellow Rose Whiskey Distilling LLC, the first legal distillery in Houston. The name in turn honours Emily West, known as The Yellow Rose of Texas. West played a decisive role in the victory that led to Texas independence in 1836.

As such, Yellow Rose Premium American Whiskey not only embodies the craft tradition and spirit of Texas, but also celebrates a historical figure who was instrumental in the state's identity and independence.
