PUNI SOLE is an Italian single malt whisky full of character from the PUNI Distillery, the first and so far only whisky distillery in Italy. Located in the Vinschgau Valley in South Tyrol, PUNI combines Scottish distilling skills with Italian temperament and Alpine terroir. The SOLE bottling - Italian for "sun" - symbolises maturity, warmth and Mediterranean elegance.

The whisky is made from a traditional grain blend of barley, wheat and rye, which gives it a particularly soft, harmonious basic structure. The whisky is first matured in first-fill bourbon casks and then finished in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, which give it a fruity sweetness, depth and an elegant influence from southern Spain. It is bottled at 46% vol., not chill-filtered and without colouring - for an unadulterated enjoyment experience.
