Lustau San Emilio PX Pedro Ximénez is a noble sweet sherry from the Andalusian city of Jerez de la Frontera and is made from the traditional Pedro Ximénez grape variety. These grapes are dried under the hot Spanish sun after harvesting, allowing them to develop a high natural sugar content - the basis for the particularly concentrated, syrupy character of this sherry. The wine is matured using the traditional Solera system, which gives the wine depth, complexity and an impressive density of flavours.
With an alcohol content of 17% vol., Lustau Emilio San Emilio offers an opulent yet harmonious enjoyment experience. It has a storage potential of around one year after opening, provided the bottle is kept in a cool, dark place. This Pedro Ximénez is ideal for drinking in small quantities and is an excellent choice for lovers of full-bodied, sweet wines with depth.
