Bentianna Gentian Honey Herbs Unique Blend is an original, all-natural Slovak drink with an original pedigree. The purely natural character of this unique drink, whose roots go back to the times of the Benediktiner monks, is preserved thanks to the use of the best natural ingredients. The root of the yellow gentian, high-quality mountain honey and hand-picked herbs embody harmony, purity and naturalness. Monks came to the Slovakian mountains in the Middle Ages to pass on education. Based on the old documents from the monastery, which was built in 1314, the forerunner of this extraordinary drink was created back then. The monks already knew a lot about what the body and mind needed and which herbs to use. They took everything the surrounding nature had to offer and created this liqueur. The recipe was kept secret among the Tatra villages. The timeless bottle design with its natural motif, which was designed by painter Jozef Cesnak, is also impressive.
