The Ron Zacapa Centenario Ámbar 12 Sistema Solera Reserva is an elegant premium rum from Guatemala, matured using the elaborate Sistema Solera process. With an alcohol content of 40% vol. and bottled in a generous 1-litre bottle, it represents the high art of rum production for which Zacapa is famous worldwide.


Only the so-called "Virgin Sugar Cane Honey" is used for the production - a particularly pure sugar cane juice that forms the basis for the fine flavour. The rum matures for up to 12 years in various types of cask, including ex-bourbon casks, former sherry casks and wine casks, which give it its aromatic diversity. Ageing takes place in the Guatemalan highlands, where the special climate ensures slow maturation.
