Bocchino Grappa di Moscato d'Asti in barriques 40% vol. 0.7 l is a fine, matured grappa from the renowned Distilleria Bocchino in Italy. It is made from carefully selected pomace from de-stemmed Moscato d'Asti grapes, which are known for their aromatic richness and fruity elegance. Distillation takes place in stills with discontinuous steaming, a process that enables particularly gentle extraction of the fine flavours.

After distillation, the grappa is first stored in stainless steel tanks for 6 months to preserve its freshness and purity. It is then matured for 18 months in French oak barriques, which gives it its smooth, harmonious structure and elegant woody and vanilla flavours. This maturation gives it exceptional depth and a perfect balance between fruitiness, flavour and subtle toasted nuances.
