The traditional Maison Gautier, founded in 1755, is one of the oldest cognac houses in France. Only specially matured eaux-de-vie from the best crus - primarily from Grander Champagne and Fins Bois - were used for this XO edition. The long ageing period in oak barrels ensures a complex structure, round tannins and an aromatic depth that makes this cognac ideal for pairing with cigars.
