The Hampden Estate 8 Years Old Pure Single Jamaican Rum 46% Vol. 0.7 l + GB is an authentic Jamaican rum that embodies the tradition and craftsmanship of the Hampden Estate Distillery, which has been in existence since 1753. The distillery is one of the oldest active distilleries in Jamaica and is internationally renowned for its intense, aromatic high-ester rums, which are elaborately handcrafted.


The Hampden Estate 8 Years Old is distilled exclusively from molasses and distilled using the pot still method, which gives it its characteristically powerful, fruity and spicy style. It is then matured for at least eight years in carefully selected American oak casks under tropical climatic conditions, which ensure a particularly intense cask effect. Bottled at 46% vol. with no additives and no sugar, it presents itself as a pure, unadulterated rum that reflects the unique style of Jamaica.
