With an alcohol content of 42% by volume, this gin presents itself as a classic dry gin with a fresh, floral and slightly spicy flavour. Traditional distillation in small copper stills and the use of carefully selected botanicals create a unique gin full of character that perfectly captures the maritime essence of Cornwall.

The 12 botanicals include juniper berries from Italy, fresh orange peel, violets, green cardamom, cinnamon and coriander seeds.
