After an initial maturation in bourbon and sherry casks, the Green Spot Château Montelena receives its special finish in French Zinfandel wine casks from the famous winery. This post-maturing gives the whiskey a complex fruitiness, velvety tannins and a light spiciness that harmonise perfectly with the creamy-soft pot still character. At 46% vol., this Irish whiskey is bottled in its natural colour and without chill filtration to preserve its full range of flavours.
