Adler Berlin Dry Gin is a premium gin produced in the historic Preussische Spirituosen Manufaktur in Berlin Wedding. The manufactory, which was originally founded in 1875 as a distillery school, experienced a renaissance in 2009 thanks to microbiology professor Ulf Stahl and bartender and Diplome hotelier Gerald Schroff.

This gin is characterised by a special maturation process: The fine wheat distillate, which forms the basis, matures for six months and is enriched with juniper as well as a selection of botanicals such as Ingwerer, allspice, coriander and lavender and orange blossom. Distillation takes place under vacuum, which contributes to an intense flavour development. The gin is then aged for three to six months in 100-year-old earthenware containers.

The result of this careful production and maturation is an Adler Dry Gin that impresses both gin lovers and connoisseurs with its spicy yet mild flavour profile.
