When you visit, you can feel the deep historical heritage. The history of bourbon is closely intertwined with the history of Kentucky and, by extension, the United States.

The water used to make Woodford Reserve is sourced directly at the distillery. It undergoes natural filtration through the limestone deposits on the property. This iron-free and mineral-rich water is a crucial factor in the production process, contributing significantly to the quality and uniqueness of the bourbon.

Woodford Reserve Wheat Whiskey is a variant that is closely associated with the main Woodford Reserve Bourbon brand. This whiskey has a composition of 52% wheat, 20% malt, 20% corn and 8% rye. It was created by experienced master distiller Chris Morris. Each bottle of this premium whiskey is individually numbered and bears the signature of Chris Morris, confirming its authenticity and quality.
