Produced by the traditional Villa Sandi winery, this high-quality Valdobbiadene Prosecco DOCG is made from the 100% Glera grape variety, which is responsible for the characteristic fruitiness, floral elegance and lively freshness of classic premium Prosecci.


The vineyards are located in the renowned hills of the DOCG region between Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. The calcareous moraine soils with clay and partly calcareous clay components give this Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry a fine minerality and balanced structure. The vines are cultivated in a single trellis, double arch and radial training system with around 2,500 vines per hectare. After gentle whole-cluster pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation takes place at 15-16 °C in order to optimally preserve the fresh fruit and floral aromas. At 11% vol., Villa Sandi Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore Extra Dry DOCG is elegant, fresh and harmoniously balanced.
