The Vermouths are based on a combination of wines and Pineau des Charentes, a regional speciality made from unfermented grape must and eau-de-vie de Cognac from the IGP Charentais region. The blush version is composed from a complex blend of 28 herbs and spices, including wormwood, vine blossoms and a variety of aromatic botanicals.
