Description
The Milk & Honey Distillery is the first whisky distillery in Israel. The distillery is run by Head Distiller Dr Jim Swan and Tomer Goren. The single malt was produced in Israel - from the raw material to the distillate. It is part of the ELEMENTS series, which consists of two other bottlings. It is matured in ex-American bourbon casks and ex-sherry casks. The whisky is bottled without chill filtration and additional colouring.
