Produced by the renowned Fiji Rum Co., which is known for its high-quality rums, this dark rum matures for five years in ex-bourbon barrels made from American white oak. The tropical storage on the Fiji Islands ensures intense flavour development and exceptional depth.

After barrel ageing, the rum is refined using a special charcoal filtration process to give it a particularly smooth texture and a harmonious balance of flavours.
