At 47% ABV in a 0.5-litre bottle and presented in an elegant wooden box, this limited-edition anniversary release is an exclusive Austrian single malt. Back in 2005, Walter Pfanner distilled Vorarlberg’s first single malt whisky, thereby laying the foundations for a success story characterised by artisanal precision, a strong regional connection and exceptional cask maturation. This special edition was created to mark the 15th anniversary of the whisky, and as Vorarlberg’s first 10-year-old single malt, it represents a significant milestone in the distillery’s history.


During its ten-year maturation in selected oak casks, the whisky develops impressive depth and complexity. The long cask ageing imparts intense notes of dried fruit, vanilla, roasted nuts and subtle woody spice, which blend harmoniously with robust malt and roasted aromas. On the palate, toffee and raisins are complemented by elegant notes of tobacco and leather, enhanced by cloves and nutmeg, which lend the whisky additional spice. The long, warm finish highlights the exceptional balance between maturity, wood and malt.
