With the Secco Muskat Ottonel, Hillinger presents a fine sparkling wine that impresses with its freshness, playful fruit and lightness.
The grapes come from the sun-drenched vineyards of Burgenland, where fertile soils and the Pannonian climate create the best ripening conditions. After a careful harvest, the wine is fermented in stainless steel tanks to preserve the flavours of the variety unadulterated. The addition of carbon dioxide gives it its fine perlage. With an alcohol content of 11.5 % vol., it is pleasantly light, fresh and ideal for uncomplicated moments of enjoyment.
