Etsu, which means "pleasure" in Japanese, is the name of an excellent gin from Japan, produced on the island of Hokkaido according to a carefully guarded recipe. Hokkaido, the northernmost of Japan's main islands, is best known for its natural beauty with volcanoes, hot springs and ski resorts.

Etsu Double Orange Limited Edition is produced at the Akita Distillery in Akita Prefecture, located on the island of Honshu, Japan. The production of the gin involves a seven-day maceration with a selection of traditional botanicals, including Japanese bitter orange, juniper berries, liquorice root, angelica and coriander. After maceration, the gin is distilled, removing the solids to release the essential oils. Finally, fresh water from the surrounding mountains is added, giving the gin its fresh flavour.

Etsu Double Orange Gin is characterised by its freshness and fruitiness, complemented by the careful selection and processing of natural ingredients.
