Weingut Polz, located in the south of Styria in Austria, is characterised by its ideal wine-growing location. The Polz Brut Blanc is a sparkling wine made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The Méthode Traditionelle, a method of bottle fermentation, is used for vinification. This process contributes significantly to the quality and flavour profile of the wine. The Brut Blanc reflects the terroir of southern Styria and offers an authentic first impression of this wine region. The bottle is sealed with a natural cork.
