Distilleria Andrea Da Ponte is a name synonymous with the highest quality and exquisite grappa. The history of the Andrea Da Ponte distillery begins with the brothers Matteo and Andrea da Ponte, who were pioneers in the art of grappa distillation. The distillery uses only selected pomace from the best vineyards in the region. These pomace are carefully processed to preserve the characteristic aromas and flavours of the grappa.

Grappa Veneta Bianca is made from a carefully selected blend of pomace from Merlot and Cabernet grapes. Distillation takes place in a continuous double rectification system, which guarantees the highest quality and clarity.
