Hierbas Túnel de Mallorca Dulces is a traditional herbal liqueur that captures the authentic flavours of the Balearic island of Mallorca in every bottle. This liqueur is made from a careful selection of local herbs and plants and reflects the centuries-old craftsmanship practised on the island. Its roots date back to the 16th century, when apothecaries perfected the technique of maceration. Herbs such as lemon herb, coriander, mint, marjoram, camomile, fennel and many others are soaked in alcohol for a certain period of time to extract their flavours. After maceration, the liquid is filtered to ensure a clear and pure texture without cloudiness.

A special highlight of Hierbas Túnel de Mallorca Dulces is the aniseed branch inside the bottle, which is not only decorative but also emphasises the fresh aniseed notes of the liqueur. With an alcohol content of 22% by volume and a mildly sweet flavour, it is a real treat both on its own and in cocktails.
