The Dingle Distillery is located in the picturesque coastal town of Dingle on the Dingle Peninsula in the south-west of Ireland. The distillery was founded in 2012 by the three visionary entrepreneurs Oliver Hughes, Liam LaHart and Peter Mosley, who are part of the "Irish Whiskey Renaissance" movement. The distillery is one of the first independent distilleries to be established in Ireland for centuries and specialises in the production of handcrafted premium whiskeys.

The highly anticipated release of Dingle Distillery's Core Single Malt represents a significant milestone and will be a permanent part of the core range. The result of years of careful development, this single malt combines malt whiskeys matured in a sophisticated balance of ex-bourbon and PX sherry casks - 39% in bourbon and 61% in PX sherry casks.

Bottled at 46.3% alcohol by volume and without chill-filtration, the Dingle Core Single Malt retains its full range of flavours and texture. It is particularly fascinating how the different casks come to the fore at different times in the tasting process and give the whiskey a multi-layered flavour dimension.
