Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

In the tradition of heady, spicy drinks, Cannella Bottega combines an infusion of Ceylon cinnamon with high-quality grappa to create an intense and charming liqueur that will delight even the most discerning palates. To make the cinnamon liqueur, whole sticks of the noble Ceylon cinnamon, considered the finest variety, are macerated in water and alcohol.

The high quality of the raw materials, coupled with a slow and natural extraction process, results in an intense cinnamon tincture. This is then expertly blended with premium grappa, water, alcohol and sugar to create a liqueur with a unique and unmistakable character.
