Since 1635, when Andrea Bottega began cultivating vines in the hills near Refrontolo, the Bottega family has continued to develop. After cultivating their own land, Aldo Bottega revolutionised grappa production by introducing the first single-varietal grappa. Distilleria Bottega, which he founded in 1977, is now located in a renovated 17th century farmhouse in Bibano di Godega di Sant'Urbano, surrounded by 10 hectares of vineyards.

The intense red raspberries, which are characterised by their sweet taste with a slightly acidic note, are macerated in water and alcohol for several days. The subsequent distillation creates a completely natural extract that is rich in the typical flavours of these fragrant berries.

The addition of milk cream gives the liqueur a pleasantly soft texture that caresses the palate and emphasises the fine, delicate flavour of the berries. A final touch of grappa gives the Raspberry Bottega a special flavour that makes it unique and unmistakable.
