Pfau Brand Vogelbeere is an outstanding brandy that epitomises the highest art of distillation and uncompromising quality. Produced by the renowned Pfau distillery, which was founded in 1987, the company has developed from a small cellar distillery to a quality distillery known throughout Europe under the management of Valentin Latschen. The distillation is carried out using the traditional rough and fine distillation process in a copper pot still, resulting in a particularly pure and flavour-intensive spirit. Rowan berries (mountain ash) are a challenging fruit for distillation as they require special processing due to their natural tannins.
