The cuvée is based on a carefully balanced blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, with the powerful red Pinot Noir wines in particular - with a proportion of up to 14% - coming from selected sites in Champagne and giving the champagne its characteristic fruit.
