Le Contesse Spumante Pinot Rosé Brut 11% vol. is an elegant and refreshing Italian sparkling wine made from carefully selected Pinot grapes. It epitomises the fine balance between fruit, freshness and structure that has made the renowned family winery Le Contesse one of the leading producers of high-quality sparkling wines.
The grapes for this Pinot Rosé Brut are harvested at the end of August to the beginning of September - a time that allows the perfect harmony between sugar ripeness and acidity to be preserved. After gentle pressing and temperature-controlled fermentation, the second fermentation takes place using the Charmat method to achieve a particularly fine, even perlage. The wine is then matured on the fine lees, which gives it finesse and aromatic depth. With 11% alcohol by volume, Le Contesse Spumante Pinot Rosé is an elegant, modern sparkling wine that impresses with its balance and lightness.
