Roner Malecon owes its name to the famous "Malecon" waterfront promenade in Havana, the capital of Cuba, which is known for its lively atmosphere and historical significance. The brand was founded by Marco Savio, an Italian rum specialist who laid the foundations for Ron Malecon with his passion for high-quality rum. Ron Malecon is distilled using the traditional Cuban method from molasses in Panama, using copper column stills.

Rum Malecon has set itself the task of creating a consistently high-quality premium rum with a distinctive flavour. The brand attaches particular importance to perfecting every detail of the production process.

The premium range includes rums aged for 10, 12, 15, 18, 21 and 25 years. Through careful blending, rums with unique flavour profiles are combined in such a way that the end product is not just the sum of its parts, but actually surpasses them with its depth and complexity.

This amber-coloured premium rum, which is produced at the Caribbean Spirits distillery in Panama, follows the traditional Cuban rum-making process. It matures for at least 12 years in ex-bourbon barrels, which gives it its special smoothness, variety of flavours and harmonious balance.
