The Cuvée Brut is created from a meticulous blend of more than 100 crus and combines the three classic Champagne grape varieties: 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay. The high proportion of Pinot Noir lends the champagne structure and expressiveness, whilst Meunier provides fruitiness and smoothness. Chardonnay brings freshness, elegance and finesse to the cuvée.
