Douglas Laing & Co., a leading distiller, blender and independent bottler, has proudly unveiled a new White Port Cask Finish Lowland Whisky as part of The Epicurean Wood Series. This exclusive limited edition begins its journey in premium American oak casks before being transferred to and finished in hand-selected White Port Single Casks for over twelve months.

The result of this careful maturation is a whisky with a perfectly fruity flavour and a fresh, tangy charm. The flavours are harmoniously balanced and offer a delicious sweetness that makes drinking this whisky a special experience.

The White Port casks come from the Douro Valley in the north of Portugal, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the oldest wine regions in the world. This origin not only gives the whisky a unique depth of flavour, but also a historical dimension that both connoisseurs and enthusiasts will appreciate.
