Weingut Polz, located in the south of Styria in Austria, is characterised by its ideal wine-growing location. Polz Sekt GM is made exclusively from Gelber Muskateller grapes, which express the South Styrian terroir in its purest form. Vinification takes place in steel tanks in order to preserve the characteristic flavours and freshness of the Muscat. After careful ageing, this fine sparkling wine is bottled and sealed with a natural cork.
