Created as a reaction to the increasing social isolation since 2020, this extraordinary Vienna Dry Gin is a symbol against distance and in favour of solidarity. Its floral, finely tuned profile was deliberately developed to be not only flavourful but also emotionally moving - a gin that connects people.

During the production process, rose petals are infused in hot water to extract their fine essences particularly gently. This technique ensures that the strength of the alcohol is reduced while preserving the delicate interplay of herbal and floral notes. The careful selection of botanicals - including basil, violet root, orange peel, juniper berries and lemon balm - gives Violet Gin an extraordinary depth and harmony that combines classic and modern flavour structures.

With an alcohol content of 43% vol., this gin is both expressive and finely nuanced - a real statement from Austrian gin culture with an emotional message and a high level of craftsmanship.
