The Teeling Distillery, an Irish whisky distillery steeped in tradition, was originally founded in Dublin in 1782. Teeling's AMBER ALE Small Batch Collaboration Irish Whiskey is part of Teeling's renowned Collaboration Series. This whiskey is initially matured for up to five years in bourbon casks before receiving an additional 15-month finish in amber ale beer casks sourced from the Dot Brew brewery in Dublin. This special maturation gives the whiskey a unique depth and a subtle, beer-like flavour that sets it apart from other bottlings.
