Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been pursuing the mission of making schnapps socially acceptable again since 2016. With their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret the traditional spirit and bring a breath of fresh air to the spirits landscape. The focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present Korn in a modern context and break down the outdated perception of this category.

Known as EggNork, this homemade liqueur has been a firm favourite at every Easter celebration and has even accompanied the group to music festivals. Now the NORK egg liqueur recipe has been refined and made available to the public. It is made from organic eggs from hens whose eggs are not suitable for retail due to their size and come from organic farms in Schleswig-Holstein.

Together with high-quality organic vanilla from Madagascar, the result is a liqueur that can be enjoyed on any occasion.
